This form will be your registration form as well as your hotel room reservation form for the Sales and Educational Seminars.  All hotel reservations are to be made by ISE.   NO EXCEPTIONS!  Please complete the following information for each person that will be attending the seminars.

Registration fee is $950.00 per person; no charge for children 11 and under, (please include names and ages of children attending). Room rate is $259 and $10 resort fee plus tax per day, which is your responsibility.

IMPORTANT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
  • It is not necessary to send payment with your registration. ISE will bill you the registration fee.
  • Tables are reserved on a first come, first serve basis, so get your registrations in early! Do not wait until the last day to register!
  • You will be responsible for any extra room charges incurred due to late arrival or early departure.
  • *Please note, your room bed type choice is not guaranteed. Every possible effort will be made to accommodate your preference.
  • All room reservations will be guaranteed thirty (30) days prior to the start of the meeting. Therefore, you must cancel your reservations through ISE, no later than October 2, 2026. If you fail to notify ISE, you may be responsible for all your room nights.
 
GENERAL INFORMATION - MANUFACTURERS
  • This year is the start of our new meeting pattern. The Manufacturers Personalized Sales and Educational Seminars will be conducted Tuesday and Thursday mornings. The golf tournament is on Wednesday morning. ISE will provide the schedule of seminars as a part of the program booklet you will receive when you check-in at the hotel front desk.
  • We have space for 65 manufacturers to participate in this year’s program.
  • All space available is on a first come, first serve basis, so get your registrations in early! Do not wait until the last day to register!
  • You will be notified if a table is not available. At that time, we will place you on a waiting list and call you if we have a cancellation.
  • The Hyatt Regency Coconut Point is conveniently located just 25 minutes from the Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) in Fort Myers, Florida.
  • The ISE Annual Meeting has always been planned as a family affair. We invite our members and manufacturers/suppliers to bring their families and enjoy this year’s activities. The facilities at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa are particularly adaptable to the enjoyment of all ages.
