ISE will bill you for your registration fee. No need to send payment now.
The $500.00 registration fee per person is not refundable if cancellations are made after April 1, 2026.
The room rate is $139 plus tax/night, single or double occupancy.
*Please note, your room type choice is not guaranteed. Every possible effort will be made to get your preference.

Important!!! All room reservations will be guaranteed. Therefore, you must cancel your reservations through ISE by April 1, 2026. If you fail to notify ISE, you may be responsible for all your room nights.
