This form will be your registration form as well as your hotel room reservation form for the Sales and Educational Seminars.  All hotel reservations are to be made by ISE.   NO EXCEPTIONS!  Please complete the following information for each person that will be attending the seminars.

Adult registration fee is $900.00 per person; no charge for children 11 and under, (please include names and ages of children attending). Room rate is $219.00 with $20 resort fee plus tax per day, which is your responsibility.

IMPORTANT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
  • It is not necessary to send payment with your registration. ISE will bill you for your registration fee. You are required to pay the hotel directly for your room charges.
  • Tables are reserved on a first come, first serve basis, so get your registrations in early! Do not wait until the last day to register!
  • Please note: You will be responsible for any extra room charges incurred due to late arrival or early departure.
  • All room reservations will be guaranteed forty-five (45) days prior to the start of the meeting. Therefore, you must cancel your reservations through ISE, no later than September 22, 2023. If you fail to notify ISE, you may be responsible for all your room nights.
  • The registration fee is not refundable if cancellations are made after September 22, 2023.

GENERAL INFORMATION - MANUFACTURERS
  • We have space for 65 manufacturers to participate in this year’s program.
  • All space available is on a first come, first serve basis, so get your registrations in early!  Do not wait until the last day to register!
  • You will be notified if a table is not available. At that time, we will place you on a waiting list and call you if we have a cancellation.
  • The ISE Annual Meeting has always been planned as a family affair.  We urge our members and manufacturers/suppliers to bring their families and enjoy this year’s activities.  The facilities at the JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort & Spa are particularly adaptable to the enjoyment of all ages.
  • Manufacturers Personalized Sales and Educational Seminars will be conducted Wednesday and Thursday mornings. ISE will provide the schedule of seminars as a part of the program booklet you will receive when you check-in at the hotel front desk.
  • The JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort & Spa honors all major credit cards.
  • Dress is resort casual except for the Annual Banquet dinner on Friday evening where a jacket and tie is requested.
